If you're interested in becoming a vendor at the 2025 Botanicals & Herbs Fest,  attach 3-5 images with your application for approval.  We accept artisans, makers, growers and wellness providers.

Volunteers Needed

Join Our Team

Volunteers help make the Botanicals & Herbs Fest happen!

If you would like to be part of the fun,  you will receive a Gracious Farm tshirt for volunteering 2 hours. 


Volunteer for at least 4 hours, in addition to the shirt, receive a Gracious Farm reusable bag filled with goodies and a lunch voucher from The Veg Head.

Times Needed
Friday 9/20 - Set Up  6pm - 9pm

Saturday 9/21
Set Up 10am - 12pm (Anything we need or vendors needs, this could be helping with tent setup)

Break Down 4pm - 6pm
